Shipping & Delivery terms
Shipping and delivery expenses within Germany:
For shipping within germany we charge graduated postage and packing flat rates
dependent from the order value (max. 5 kg shipping weight) :
up to 74,99 EUR value of goods: 4,90 EUR postage & packing fee
from a total value of goods of 75,00 EUR free of shipping costs.

Information for COD shipments
COD will be handled als parcel shipment via DHL only. The smallest parcel costs 10,90 € + 2,00 € handling fee. For small orders up to 25,00 € this additional handling fee will apply for the customer and be charged during parcel delivery.
Surcharges for deliveries to german islands will apply.
For the unlikely case that goods are not available or require order from our suppliers or in cases that the declared delivery delays for any other reason, you will receive a message from us.
All orders with an order value above 25 € will be shipped incl. insurance with a vendor of our choice.
Mainly shipping is currently handeled via German Post / DHL.
Remarks:
Cash and carry service after consultation possible at our shop.
You may have to pay for orders outside the European Union the import turnover tax for your country’s customs.
Unfortunately we are unable to supply any information on custom duties.
Orders, which are settled via Paypal payment are usually next day in shipping status!
