Facial zones:

1. Place the closed Energyliner on the crown chakra for 20 seconds with sustained gentle pressure. Inhale and exhale slowly and consciously.
2. Open the Energyliner and slowly run the middle facial meridian from top to bottom. (From the center of the forehead to the tip of the nose). Avoid the lip and mouth area.
3. Stimulate and activate your third eye through seven circular movements.
4. move along the facial zones in the appropriate order, from the center of the forehead outward. Feel the soothing effect spreading through your body.
5. run the facial zones in the appropriate order, from the root of the nose to the right and left of the nose. Feel the soothing effect spreading through your body.
6. go along the facial zones in the corresponding order, from the nose towards the ear. Feel the beneficial effect spreading throughout your body.
7. go along the facial zones in the corresponding order, left and right temporal area. Feel the soothing effect spreading throughout your body.
8. run along the facial zones in the corresponding order, below the center of the nose, around the right side of the mouth, along the chin towards the cheekbones. Do the same for the left side. Feel the soothing effect spreading through your body.
9. Close your eyes and breathe in and out slowly and consciously for about 1 minute.
